Eco-Printing
Over two days (Tues, Aug 20 and Wed, Aug 21), we’ll learn about natural dyes, prepare our fabric dye bundles for steaming, and spend time in the dye garden (weather permitting). At the end of day two, we’ll unveil our wearable works of art. This is a two-part class; you must be able to attend both days. Ages 18+ welcome, registration opens July 18th.
Notes - The best address for finding the entrance to the Barn and Demonstration Gardens (where we will be holding the program) is 9254 Camp Ernst Road, Union, KY 41091. You will not find this address posted on a sign, but if you use a navigating app on your phone, it should direct you to the correct location. The gravel drive for the barn is located directly across the road from the Boone County Arboretum/Central Park entrance.
