Walk, Create, Savor for Adults
Weekly, explore mindfulness with a self-guided walk, art project, and freshly grilled recipe. It will be a fun way to connect with others and nature, spark creativity, and enjoy new flavors. A different experience each week. Dress for a walk in the woods. Those registered will be notified if weather cancels session.
